Hi, I'm Jeff Phillips
I started Phillips Law CA after a 32+ year career as a trial attorney with the California Department of Justice, retiring as a Deputy Attorney General V (highest level).
After I retired, I wanted to bring my talent, training, and experience to create a web-based law practice, in order to keep costs down, while also providing the best possible legal representation, at an affordable and predictable price.
